Important Notice: If you order this set, it will not be complete. Spearhead has not been able to supply all sizes of Setting Burs as ordered. Spearhead will not provide ship dates on open back orders. If you order this set, Otto Frei will supply a partial set only, at a reduced price, based on what burs are in stock on the date of your order. For example, as of 2/25/2026, only 17 of the 29 sizes were in stock — the count available may be more or less on your order date. Otto Frei will contact you with the number of burs in stock, the sizes that cannot be supplied, and the updated (reduced) kit price. Back orders are not accepted for missing sizes, as restocking is random and unpredictable.
Spearhead High Speed Steel (HSS) Setting Burs are hand-cut by expert craftsmen in the USA. Every bur in the Spearhead line is stamped with its size on the 3/32" shank for easy identification. HSS burs stay sharper longer and deliver greater service life than machine-cut Tungsten Vanadium Carbon Steel burs, making them the preferred choice of quality jewelers. This set contains one each of 29 setting burs ranging from 0.90 mm to 8.00 mm, numbered #1 through #30 (size #21 is not made).

Burs are marked with American bur size numbers #1 through #30 (size #21 is not manufactured). Otto Frei does not back-order unavailable sizes from this set. Customers will be contacted after ordering with current stock counts, unavailable sizes, and an adjusted price reflecting the partial set.
