This steel bur chuck is designed to fit the right-hand side of Baldor tapered shaft motors as commonly used in the jewelry industry. With a capacity range of 0–1/4", it accommodates a wide variety of burs and mandrels for polishing and finishing work at the bench.
Installation is straightforward: slide the chuck onto the right tapered shaft of a compatible Baldor motor and give it a light tap with a mallet to firmly seat it on the shaft. No special tools or adapters are required beyond a standard mallet.
