Das Technique Swiss Made Quick Change Handstück kombiniert schlankes, leichtes Design mit professioneller Konstruktion und ist damit eine bewährte Wahl für Juweliere und Metallbauer, die mit Biegsamwellensystemen arbeiten. Dieses Modell verfügt über eine feststehende 3/32" Spannzange – sie ist nicht zum Wechseln vorgesehen – und ist mit einer in den USA hergestellten Duplex-Federbefestigung für den Biegsamwellenanschluss ausgestattet.

Duplex-Federn werden nicht von Technique hergestellt und werden nachträglich angebracht. Bitte beachten Sie alle unten stehenden Anwendungshinweise, bevor Sie dieses Handstück in Betrieb nehmen.

Hinweise

Wichtige Nutzungsanforderungen für Duplex-Fellermodelle:

  • Duplex-Federn dürfen während des Gebrauchs nicht um mehr als 45 Grad gebogen werden. Eine Bedienung außerhalb dieses Winkels oder während des Abnehmens des Handstücks kann zu Schäden führen.
  • Nicht über 5.000 U/min betreiben. Es wird die Verwendung eines Foredom LX Drehmoment-starken, langsam laufenden Biegsamwellenmotors empfohlen.
  • Duplex-Federn können bei normalem Gebrauch versagen. Erwägen Sie den Kauf von Ersatz-Duplex-Innenfedern und lernen Sie, wie man diese austauscht – die Innenfeder ist das am häufigsten versagende Teil.
  • Ersatz-Duplex-Innenfedern sind erhältlich: Einzelstück Teile-Nr. 134.279 (Foredom HP76) oder Packung mit 12 Stück Teile-Nr. 134.280 (Foredom HP76B).
  • Die 60-Tage-Handstückgarantie deckt nicht die Duplex-Federbefestigung oder zugehörige Duplex-Federkomponenten ab – diese haben keine Garantie.
  • Kann nicht im Rückwärtsgang betrieben werden.

Duplex spring is Tinfoil

I love the Swiss Technique handpieces and I thought this would be a match made in heaven for me.

This is a total buyer beware situation! This sees part time use on my shop and just completely failed on June 2nd. I ordered the part on April 26th and have used it for a month. PLEASE READ THE DISCLAIMER!!! Otto Frei obviously is aware of the situation and continues to sell this product. I have other duplex spring handpieces I have used for YEARS without problem and to have it fail within 30 days is beyond disappointing and frustrating!

I really hope to have a productive conversation with Otto Frei customer service, but based on re-reading the item description I won't hold my breath. Save your money and look for another solution for your shop needs.

Best hand piece available

I just wanted to share our experince with this. Since the only review seems to be of a defective combo. We absolutley love the technique handpieces. Tried all the Foredom ones, Faro and finally got our hands on a technique and havent looked back. Each bench has two, one with a duplex spring and one wihtout. We have had our oldest ones running with daily use for about 6 years, the second set for four years and we just purchased a third set of hand pieces for our newest jewlry bench. Its unfortunate that the other reviewer had a bad experince, these are the best!
