Diese Lote aus Gelbgold entsprechen dem Feingoldstandard, sodass der Goldgehalt der Karatangabe entspricht: 14-K-Lote enthalten .585 Gold und 18-K-Lote .750 Gold. Alle sind 100 % kadmiumfrei.

Im Gegensatz zu Reparaturloten, die für leichteres Fließen einen geringeren Goldgehalt aufweisen, sind Lote nach dem Feingoldstandard für Fertigungsanwendungen ausgelegt, bei denen die Einhaltung der tatsächlichen Goldqualität entscheidend ist. Da sie den vollen Goldgehalt aufweisen, fließen sie bei höheren Temperaturen als Reparaturlote. Das eignet sich für Goldschmiede, die Festigkeit, Integrität und die Einhaltung von Goldstandards benötigen. Jedes Stück wiegt ungefähr 1 DWT.

Off color

This solder is a lot lighter than any of my 14k jewelry. Repairs are blatently obvious and look like garbage. This gold solder is "Super light" like they needed more copper in it... Dissapointed
