Ein Bandschleifer trägt Metall an der Werkbank schnell und plan ab und hält dabei beide Hände frei, während das Schleifmittel die Arbeit erledigt. Herkömmliche Industriegeräte sind für Schmuckarbeiten viel zu groß, daher hat Ikohe einen kompakten Bandschleifer in der Größe einer Goldschmiedewerkbank entwickelt. Dieses Paket kombiniert den Schleifer mit 10 Rubin-Schleifbändern, jeweils 2 in Körnung 80, 120, 180, 240 und 320, sodass Sie ohne separate Bestellung von grobem Schleifen zu einem verfeinerten Finish wechseln können.

Kompatibilität

Ikohe Belt Sander

Great addition to my bench! A versatile workhorse, saves time and relieves stress on wrist joints. Small footprint, easy to change the belts. Kate Wolf video very helpful. Definitely worth the expense. Package with extra belts a plus.

Time saver.

I have had this Ikohe Belt Sander for about six weeks or so. It has proved itself to be very useful. It is easy to set up and changing the belts is simple. It makes short work of sanding. The money spent is well worth the time saved.

Speeds the workflow up nicely.

This has been a very useful addition to the studio. The positioning system takes a little getting used to in order to get the best from it, but otherwise you can usually find the position. I use mine with a coarse belt to whip down the back of a Delft Clay casting and finer belts as a "pre-lap" finish on Signet ring tables. It's sped up my productivity. The plastic port for extraction looks and feels a bit flimsy, but I haven't broken it yet (spares are available). The only downside is it's not quite as good at collecting dust if you use the underside for curved surfaces, even with the pendant motor in reverse. No great hardship though.
