Dieses Agile Elite C140 Kombinationswalzwerk mit Untersetzungsgetriebe und Verlängerungswalzen ist für anspruchsvolle Blech- und Drahtformung, Musterwalzen und den täglichen Produktionsbetrieb konzipiert. Beim Drehen der Kurbel fließt das Metall gleichmäßig durch die polierten Walzen, während Auffangwanne und Führungen jeden Walzvorgang kontrollieren und sichtbar machen.

Anmerkungen
Die angegebene maximale Blechdicke darf nicht überschritten werden. Der Materialabtrag muss stets schrittweise in mehreren Durchgängen reduziert werden, um Walzen und Getriebe zu schonen. Die Walzen sind bei Nichtgebrauch sauber zu halten und leicht abzudecken. Die mitgelieferte Abdeckung minimiert die Staubbildung an der Walzmaschine.

The Elite C140 combo seems to be a best buy among Durston's line and I decided to get one for my wife's enameling (I'm more into watchmaking, but help with metal prep). You get quite a few extras for the price and the rolling mill is excellent quality. OttoFrei will also take care of you, as they shipped it to Alaska and somehow the first one got lost, they shipped another one which arrived intact. The mill is just getting broken in and works great. I just rolled 28 gauge fine silver wire with the roller's zeroed out then set to 0.20mm using Durston's gauge, and repeated at 0.15mm, each time the resulting flat wire measured by calipers dead on (accuracy on rollers and calipers at 0.005mm range). I wasn't expecting that level of accuracy and precision. It's a pleasure to use, and has exceeded my expectations. Next will be rolling out some recycled fine silver sheet.

This is a real quality tool that I’ve long wanted for my jewelry shop. I hope to use it for many years to come. It came with all the extras pictured including an impression which would have cost $80 if purchased separately.
