Durston’s latest generation of power mills are the highest quality and most durable power rolling mills on the market, featuring attractive design and robust components. All have cast iron bases, cast iron gearbox with powerful motors and of course the standard one piece cast iron mill frame incorporating high quality steel rolls which run in heavy duty roller bearings.
The 130mm series Durston bench top power mills feature a powerful 1.5 hp (1.1kw) 110 volt motor matched to a high precision epi-cyclic variable speed gearbox that provide the highest efficiency possible in a space saving vertical motor mount design. Both components are built for production shop use. All the power mills include the new safety features of the emergency stop button, safety bars at front and rear and guards covering the extension rollers at the end of the mills.
Easy to use control featuring forward and reverse buttons with additional buttons to easily increase or decrease roll speed. Speeds can be controlled from 5 to 30 rpm in forward and reverse.
The 130mm series power rolling mills have a maximum operating thickness of 6mm.
