Hanaki „Lucky Finger Cots“ sind Fingerlinge aus Gummi mit durch feine Lederpartikel verstärkten Spitzen für besseres Gefühl und sicheren Halt. Sie sind dünner als herkömmliche Fingerlinge, ohne an Festigkeit einzubüßen. Ein antimikrobieller Zusatz bietet bei langen Arbeitsphasen an der Werkbank zusätzlichen Schutz. Made in Japan. Most found them "tough" and long-lasting for polishing and sanding tasks. However, one serious safety incident was reported where guards wrapped around a blade causing severe injury.
Today I almost lost two fingers when the blade hit these "rubber guards", wrapped the guards around the blade and cut two fingers to the bone. I spent four hours in the Emergency room getting them sewn up.
I’ve tried every finger protector I’ve found. None truly worked for me. Too big. Not flexible enough. Unable to work with them on. Unable to keep ahold of my work. Not strong/tough enough. Etc… What I loved about these first off was the sizes were clearly defined by measurements that I could compare to my own fingers and order the right ones the first time! Then I was pleasantly surprised how flexible they are and yet TOUGH as well! I did wear a small hole in one sanding my bead halves but NO holes in my fingertips and no worn off finger nails. My fingers are finally healing up! And I haven’t put a hole in my thumb since I started using these. I’m SUPER happy with these. Wish I’d have found them sooner.

I have a slant lap so I have to use one on my thumb My 180 disc wore a hole in it. Other than that they work great.
