This small rotating vise has smooth jaws, one with a groove that runs fully across the 45mm width, the other with a v slot on one end. This small vise can be clamped to a bench. The vise can be rotated across two axis, 360 degrees around, and 90 degrees from side to side (180 degrees total) by loosening the nut with an appropriately sized wrench (wrench not supplied).
