Gut verarbeiteter Präzisions-Bohrschraubstock mit einer Länge von 4-3/4 Zoll, einer Breite von 1-7/8 Zoll und einer Höhe von 1-1/2 Zoll.


Die maximale Öffnung beträgt 1-3/8". Die Backen bestehen aus gehärtetem Werkzeugstahl und auf einer Seite der Backen befindet sich in der Mitte ein Schlitz, um die Zentrierung zu gewährleisten. Auf der anderen Seite der Backen verläuft auf halber Höhe ein Schlitz, der horizontal verläuft Backen. Die Backentiefe beträgt 1/2 Zoll.


Verwenden Sie es auf Bohrmaschinen oder Drehmaschinen. Almost a 5 star but not quite

My vise came well packaged and protected in the mail. It is a hefty piece of equipment, well made. The screw moves freely. The jaws open and close smoothly and remain parallel throughout their travel along the vise bed. Problems: Both jaw faces were left with burrs of metal on their edges which needed to be filed off. This was not a significant problem as a quick few strokes of the file took care of the issue. A more troubling flaw is that the screws holding the jaw face in place on the traveling jaw are too long and protrude into the horizontal V groove by about 1/16" of an inch. To correct the problem I will need to remove the two screws, grind the ends of each one and then reinstall. The manufacturer should have used shorter screws.
