Excellent product but poor postage options and unfulfilled promise

The product was excellent and I was able to repair the Profiform 200. The end result was successful. All the postage options to Australia were very expensive. These were advised in advance on the website and I chose a 2 day option. It cost over $100 USD to buy the $30 part and have it shipped by DHL. DHL took 3 times longer than advertised for it to arrive. The part was tiny, surely some other postage options should be available even if they take much longer. I asked Otto Frei for some advice on how to install the part. I happily received a reply that a technician would make contact. That never happened, but as it turned out I worked it out for myself. So my overall experience was an excellent product, let down by very expensive and limited postage options, that failed to deliver on time, plus a promise of assistance that never materialised.
