STER (Sterling) Straight Square Shank Hallmark Stamps-2 Sizes

These straight square shank STER hallmark stamps are made of precision cut heat-treated tool steel. Use them for marking silver sheet that is no less than 0.925% silver. These stamps imprints the letters STER, an abbreviation for Sterling Silver. Straight stamps are used for marking flat items. If you want to mark the inside of rings, use Bent Stamps.  Stamps are made in the USA.  Measurement refers to the height of the impression, not the width.
