Sold by the piece.  Each piece is a set of 3 parts, assembled with unset rivets.

Sterling silver omega earring clip set includes one complete assembly which includes one lever, one lug and one rivet.  These silver omega clips are sold assembled but without set rivets.  To use, remove the rivet, by cutting or rounding one end of the rivet, then solder, weld or laser the lug to the earring.  Then squeeze the lever between the lug, insert the rivet and finally, set the rivet.
