Wood Hand Vise With Serrated Jaws And Hollow Center

This is a very nicely made wood handle hand vise with a hollow center hole that makes this tool double as a draw tong for pulling wire through a drawplate.  The vise is 5-1/4"long with 1/2" diameter serrated jaws that open to a maximum of 3/8".  The jaws are opened and closed by rotating the handle.
