The AGILO CABSHINE FLEX-F is a cup-shaped diamond polishing wheel engineered for polishing cabochons, rounded stones, and carved gemstones. The flexible cup geometry allows the wheel to conform to curved surfaces and reach into fine spaces, making it well suited for detail work and touch-ups on gemstones up to 6 Mohs in hardness. Developed in Switzerland for AGILO and tested and approved by Swiss lapidary artists and Swiss fine jewelers, this fine-grit wheel is designed to remove lighter scratches and refine surfaces with precision.

To achieve the best results, use the wheel crosswise — polish with the side of the wheel in one direction (for example, left to right), then repeat in the perpendicular direction (top to bottom). This cross-polishing technique ensures even material removal and a consistent finish. If you are new to this tool, practice first on inexpensive stones to understand its capabilities and limitations before working on valuable material.
