The AGILO SHARP-M 5021.M is a 7/8" square edge diamond polishing wheel designed for light shaping and pre-polishing of carbon-steel, HSS, and carbide tools, drills, and gravers. It serves as the second step in AGILO's three-step tool shaping and polishing system — and is indispensable when working with carbide tools.

The three-step process begins with the AGILO 5010 rigid diamond sintered wheel for initial grinding and shaping. This wheel, the SHARP-M, follows as the intermediate step for light shaping and pre-polishing. The process concludes with the AGILO SHARP-XF wheel, which delivers a high-gloss finish. Both the SHARP-M and SHARP-XF wheels feature a brass rigid backing disc that keeps the wheel stable during use.

AGILO SHARP wheels are built to last and allow quick, efficient shaping and polishing of carbide tools — tasks that previously required expensive diamond power hones. Made in Germany for AGILO.
