Knew Concepts Mk.IV Precision 8" Die Saw With 2 Dovetail Clamps

The Knew Concepts Mk.IV Precision 8" Die Saw Guide is a completely redesigned precision sawing system optimized for blanking and matrix die cutting in jewelry and metalsmithing applications. This jewelry-specific version includes 2 Dovetail Clamps with Magnetic Tops (149.666) that allow the saw to be easily repositioned around the shop, stored, or transported. A Tilting Bench Pin optimized for cutting dies and wax is also included.

Originally designed by Lee Marshall, the Precision Saw Guide enables metalsmiths to cut steel blanking dies and Plexiglas matrix dies used in hydraulic die forming—while also serving any jeweler or metalsmith seeking a more controlled, efficient sawing experience. The key capability that sets this tool apart is its ability to precisely angle the saw frame up to 45° in either direction relative to the cutting surface.
