Argentium Silver Round Wire is sold in 1-ounce coils and offers jewelers and metalsmiths a superior alternative to traditional sterling silver wire. Argentium® Silver is a silver alloy alloyed with a small amount of germanium, which helps block oxygen from passing through the surface of the metal — dramatically reducing firescale and tarnish. This makes it an excellent choice for fine metalwork where clean, bright results are essential.

Available in gauges ranging from 16 to 30, this round wire is supplied in dead soft temper. Note that Argentium® 930 Silver has been replaced by Argentium® 940 Silver.
