The Glardon-Vallorbe LA2423 Round Slim Needle Files are an exceptionally fine-profile round needle file, measuring only 1mm at the thickest point before tapering to a sharp tip — significantly slimmer than the standard LA2410-100 round needle file, which begins at 2.1mm. This ultra-narrow profile allows access to tight recesses and intricate detail work that standard needle files cannot reach.

Important: Due to their slim cross-section, these files are vulnerable to breakage under torsional (twisting) stress. They must be used and stored with care.

Available in 100mm (4") length only, the LA2423 series is offered in two cuts — Medium-Coarse (Cut 1) and Medium (Cut 2) — making them suitable for a range of precision filing tasks on metal. The round profile tapers to a point and is fully cut and usable to the tip.
