Basic Ultrasonic Tips:

• Always fill the tank to maximum capacity before operating
• Always use an ultrasonic cleaning solution — never plain water alone
• Always use a basket or suspend items in the bath; never place items directly on the tank bottom
• Warm to hot solution cleans more effectively — allow the unit to heat up before use
• Run the unit for a few minutes before introducing items to allow the solution to de-gas
• Keep the unit and surrounding work area clean

Daily Bath Maintenance: Begin each day with a fresh ultrasonic bath. If using OttoSonic Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution, pour off the top portion of the previous day's solution and set it aside for reuse. Discard the bottom portion, where dirt and grime settle overnight. Use a strainer when discarding to recover any gems or valuables that may have settled to the bottom.
