We cannot ship outside the USA. These diamonds have only been tumbled washed leaving a high gloss raw look. A few diamonds still slightly resemble an octahedron. Sizes from 1-6mm with the avg. between 2-4mm. The 3ct bag is between 7-11 diamonds.
