Description
A top-quality, precision-crafted titanium solder pick designed for professional jewelers working with gold and silver alloys. The titanium tip is specifically recommended for use with gold and silver because it has a melting point of slightly over 3,000°F — gold and silver will not stick to titanium, making it ideal for precisely positioning solder during the soldering process. The tip comes to a very sharp point for accurate, controlled placement. Features a red-shaded brass ferrule and a comfortable wood handle for a secure, balanced grip during detailed work.
Also available in a tungsten carbide version for working with platinum — see part number 154.766.
