14k Yellow Gold Round Click & Lock jump rings look just like traditional jump rings—and can be soldered closed the same way. They're also priced comparably to the jump rings you typically make or purchase, and are sold individually.

What makes Click & Lock jump rings unique is their hidden locking mechanism, which allows you to securely close the ring without soldering. While not unbreakable, the closure is strong enough for most jewelry applications.

How to Use:

Use two pairs of nylon jaw pliers—one for each end—to avoid marring the ring.
Grip each end, separate them slightly, and twist to move the ends past one another.
Align and press the ends back together—you’ll hear a satisfying “click” when it's secured.

💡 With a bit of practice (watch the video!), you can reliably create strong closures without soldering. While the ring can be reopened with effort, the connection is effectively permanent for most uses.

Prefer to solder? You still can! These rings solder closed just like regular jump rings.
