14KY, 18KY, 18KW & Platinum Closed Top Spring Ring 5mm

Spring rings are the most popular type of clasp used for chains worn around the neck as they are secure and easy to use. These 5mm diameter Closed Top spring ring clasps are available in 14K Yellow, 18K Yellow, 18K White & Platinum.  

Spring ring clasps are round hollow tubes with a tiny coil spring inside and a soldered closed ump ring attached for connecting to one end of a chain.  A movable spring tensioned “bolt” has a lever attached. Use your fingernail to push the bolt back to open the spring ring. The bolt is held firmly closed by that same tiny internal spring inside the tubing. It takes 2 hands to open and close a spring ring. These spring ring clasps have an soldered closed top jump ring on top, for easily attaching to one end of the chain.
