14KY & Platinum Fusion Friction Earring Posts .030" x .437"

These standard fusion friction ear post are .030" (0.76 mm) in diameter and .437" (11.1 mm) in length. Fusion posts have a small "nib" of metal on a small pad that will fuse to metal (even dissimilar metals) when used with a fusion welder. Nibs can be removed with a file for use as standard solder-on posts. These standard diameter posts work well with a wide variety of friction earring nuts.  Most commonly used with the Standard Friction ear nut 21B-400MAIN, see below.
