3M 2071 Airborne Particulate Filter-1 Pair

The 3M™ 2071 P95 filters provide 95% filtration efficiency against airborne particulates, including oil-containing aerosols. Use with 3M 7500 Series half facepiece respirators for reliable, lightweight protection in shop and studio environments.

• Low breathing resistance for comfort during extended wear.

Use For

• Solid particulates from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, and similar substances.
• Liquid or oil-based particles from sprays that do not also emit vapors.
• Metal fumes from welding, brazing, cutting, and similar hot work.

Do Not Use For

• Gases and vapors (e.g., paint spray) unless combined with appropriate 3M chemical cartridges.
• Sandblasting.
• Atmospheres with unknown contaminants or oxygen deficiency.

Specifications

Replacement & Care

• Replace sooner if breathing resistance increases, the filter is damaged/soiled, or as hygiene dictates.
• For atmospheres containing oil aerosols, P-series filters are generally limited to 40 hours of use or 30 days (whichever comes first), subject to conditions of use.*
