Otto Frei Basic Wax Injection Kit - 220V

The Otto Frei Basic Wax Injection Kit (220V) provides everything a jeweler needs to begin wax injection casting. Built around the Arbe WI-200.007 Hand Pump 1-1/3 Quart Wax Injector — made in the USA — this kit pairs reliable injection equipment with injection wax and mold release for a complete casting setup.

The Arbe injector features a steel frame with ceramic-mica heating elements engineered for durability and consistent heat retention. Air pressure is supplied via the on-board hand pump, eliminating the need for an external compressor. The nozzle is double sealed to minimize wax leakage, and a zinc-plated heavy-duty air pressure regulator with an easy-to-read dial gives you precise control over injection pressure. An adjustable bi-metallic thermostat dial lets you fine-tune wax temperature for optimal flow.

Note: A wax thermometer is required for proper operation and is not included in this kit. Order part #122.734 separately.

The 220V version of this kit ships with a safe-to-ship-internationally mold release powder in place of the aerosol mold release spray included in the domestic version. Aerosol mold release spray cannot ship internationally.
