Arbe's tabletop Kaya Cast is a professional, easy-to-use, and highly reliable vacuum invest & cast machine designed for serious jewelers and metalsmiths. It supports both perforated and solid flasks: invest under the bell jar on the left side, then vacuum cast either inside the chamber with perforated flasks or on top of the chamber with solid flasks. A single control handle directs vacuum to either side, keeping the workflow intuitive and efficient. Powered by a German-made dual-stage vacuum pump and built in the USA, the Kaya Cast is engineered for consistent, reliable performance in a professional studio environment.

Notes

  • Do not exceed 5″ Ø × 7″ H when chamber-casting with perforated flasks.
  • Always select the correct side—invest vs. cast—using the control handle before applying vacuum.
  • Maintain pump oil at the proper level and change per usage schedule.
  • Inspect gaskets regularly and keep them clean to ensure reliable vacuum seals.
