Arbe SFE-24 Benchtop Fume Extractor

The Arbe SFE-24 Benchtop Fume Extractor is a compact, affordable personal fume extraction system designed to capture and eliminate harmful fumes and particles directly at the source. With a footprint of less than 8" × 8", it fits comfortably on any jeweler's workbench or soldering station. A variable-speed suction motor, high-efficiency three-stage filtration, and a flexible positioning hose make it a practical solution for jewelers and metalsmiths working with solder and other fume-generating processes.

The SFE-24 features a three-part replaceable filter system combining a pre-filter, an activated carbon filter, and a HEPA-rated filter for 99.97% filtration efficiency down to 0.3 microns. The unit mounts on four hard rubber feet and exhausts through vents in the bottom. The on/off switch is located on the rear of the unit near the power plug. A front-mounted dial controls suction power, and an LED display reads 000–100, indicating the percentage of power delivered to the motor. For maximum filter longevity, use the lowest suction level that effectively draws fumes away from the work area. Filters should be replaced every 3–12 months, depending on usage frequency.
