Single unit weight: -- lbs / -- kg
The Badeco 8LC100-9LC100 is a reciprocating micro-polishing and micro-filing handpiece engineered to reach corners, recesses, and tight areas that conventional polishing tools cannot access. Otto Frei purchases the Badeco 8LC100 and converts it to the 9LC100 for USA key tip compatibility, making it a drop-in addition to standard flex shaft setups. This listing is for the version without a duplex spring (part number 134.748ND). The version with a duplex spring is available separately under part number 134.748.
The handpiece operates on a true reciprocating stroke of 1.0 mm, controllable from 500 to 7,000 strokes per minute — fine enough for delicate finishing work yet capable of sustained professional use. Weighing just 55 grams and measuring 106 mm (4-1/4") in length, it produces virtually no vibration and operates at an exceptionally low 30 decibels. No oiling is ever required; the 8LC100-9LC100 is designed for continuous trouble-free use up to 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tools are secured in the included Universal Tool Holder via a set screw, accepting ceramic files, Glardon-Vallorbe miniature files, or custom-adapted files and felt points. Additional Universal Tool Holders (part number 134.743-UTH) and a special 3.2 mm tool holder that uses two set screws (part number 134.743-320) are available as separate accessories.
