BORE Jeweler's HSS Drill Bit Organizer and Dispenser

The BORE Jeweler's HSS Drill Bit Organizer and Dispenser from Nashef Designs is a precision 3D-printed holder engineered to keep standard HSS twist drill bits organized, accessible, and easy to identify at the bench. With 32 total compartments, this organizer is purpose-built for the #51–#80 drill size range used daily by jewelers and metalsmiths.

Each of the 30 labeled slots corresponds to a specific standard HSS drill bit size, with labels that include metric equivalents for quick reference. A clear plastic window on every compartment lets you see bit contents at a glance without opening or searching. The interior features a stepped base design that accounts for the fact that smaller drill bits are also shorter — keeping every bit visible and reachable regardless of size.

The remaining two compartments offer flexible storage: one mixed-size compartment for bits used frequently across sizes, and one closed compartment for spare or specialty drill storage.

Important compatibility note: The BORE organizer is designed exclusively for standard HSS twist drills, which maintain a consistent diameter from tip to shank. It is not compatible with 3/32" shank drills. For 3/32" shank drills, see the TWIST Organizer (Part No. 128.495). Some non-standard HSS twist drills that maintain uniform length regardless of size may also not fit properly in the smaller compartments. Otto Frei carries only standard HSS twist drills that are fully compatible with the BORE organizer.
