Busch Fig. 411CT Twincut Concave Cone Cup Bur Kit Set of 16 Burs 0.80mm-2.30mm

Cup burs are primarily used by jewelers for finishing and rounding the tops of prongs during stone setting. This kit brings together the complete Busch Fig. 411CT series in a single convenient set, covering the full size range from 0.80 mm to 2.30 mm.

The concave cone shape of the 411CT distinguishes it from the traditional concave 411T. Where the 411T leaves a more rounded profile on prongs, the 411CT's sharply sloped concave cone geometry produces a more defined, crisply finished result. The Twincut (CT) blade geometry allows cut metal shavings to clear freely from the bur during use, keeping the cutting action smooth and efficient on prong tips.

Also available individually: the Busch 411T, a steel cup bur with a traditional concave shape that leaves a softer, more rounded finish on prongs by comparison.

Note (updated 9/21/2023): Due to ongoing supply issues with Busch burs, this kit currently includes duplicates of sizes 014 and 016 and is missing sizes 012 and 015. The set remains a full 16-bur assortment.
