How to Use

1. Extend the tip by rotating the pen body.
2. For metal marking, lightly scribe your line as you would with any scriber.
3. For a diamond check, gently draw a short line on an inconspicuous area of the stone.

Interpreting Results

• If the stone shows a visible scratch: it is not a diamond.
• If the stone does not scratch: further testing is required to confirm identity.

Important Notes & Limitations

• Destructive test: This method may scratch the stone. Only use if surface damage is acceptable.
• This tool does not differentiate between natural vs. lab-grown diamonds.
• This tool does not differentiate between diamonds and moissanite.
