Diamond Sintered (Diamond Throughout) Disc Edenta Swiss 0.25mm X 22.00mm

This is a sintered diamond disk, measuring 22.0mm diameter by 0.25mm thick, mounted on a 3/32" (2.35mm) shank diameter mandrel. Sintered diamond disks are made of carbide bonded compressed diamond, and are diamond throughout, as opposed to the standard diamond coated stainless steel disks. Diamond sintered disks are not flexible like diamond coated steel discs, but they continue to cut as they wear.

Made in Switzerland. Edenta 5122HP.

Made of standard grit 100 micron diamond material.

Some maintenance is required. Please use our Cleaning Stone 110.406, for the cleaning of your Sintered Diamond Instruments. It need not be cleaned too often, but from time to time, this is very important to maintain clean and very sharp cutting edges.
