Asic 3" (80mm) Jewelers Divider With Replaceable Carbide Tips

These high quality 80mm (True length is 3-1/8") replaceable carbide tip jewelers dividers from Asic are made in Poland.  Jewelers dividers are for measuring distances between points and transferring that distance to another piece of metal as well as scribing circles or arcs. Also called a compass gauge. The replaceable carbide tips are extremely sharp and strong and make for effortless marking on all kinds of metals.  They will last a lifetime marking precious metals like gold and platinum but they can be damaged if dropped so this pair allows for the tips to be replaced. The carbide tips can be removed and replaced into the tool steel body.
