This is a marquise shaped Draw Plate with 20 holes. Also called a sharp oval profile as the longest dimension has a sharp point.  The height to width ratio is 38%. The height is 38% of the width. The factory number for this ratio is SP 314.  The largest hole is 3 mm x 1.14  mm and the smallest hole is 1 mm x 0.38 mm.
