This palm design steel pattern plate lets you roll flowing, palm-inspired textures into sheet metal, adding a bold, organic surface in a single controlled pass through your mill or press.

Features

  • Palm-themed pattern plate for creating botanical textures on jewelry sheet.
  • Made from 3 mm (approx. 1/8") hardened steel for long service life under rolling or pressing.
  • 63 mm x 150 mm (approx. 2.48" x 5.90") format works comfortably with most jewelry rolling mills and small presses.
  • Suitable for non-ferrous sheet metals such as gold, silver, copper, and brass.
  • Recommended for sheet thicknesses from about 16 gauge down to 26 gauge.
  • Designed for use in either a rolling mill or hydraulic press, depending on your setup.

Use with well-annealed sheet within the recommended gauge range, following your rolling mill or press guidelines. Test your set-up on scrap to dial in reduction and pressure before rolling finished pieces, and keep the plate clean and lightly protected between uses to maintain crisp pattern detail.
