Engravers Pegclamp on Non-Slip Base

This little pegclamp is great because it is inexpensive compared to the other options. The pegclamp itself works fine and allows many option for holding your work. The problem is with the base, it is pretty much useless. The concept of the design allowing for the user to position the pegclamp in various ways is great except that it does not hold steady AT ALL. No matter how hard you screw it down, it moves. I ended up taking off the pegclamp and putting it in a vice, which works great. It would be nice if the design also offered a way to lock the clamp into position. But, for the price I can't complain too much.
