These extra-heavy 7 mm diameter ear nuts, are also called ear backs.  They work best with post diameter thickness from 0.76 mm (.030" or approximately 21 gauge) to 1.0 mm (.040" or approximately 18 gauge).  The diameter measurement of 7 mm is taken at the widest part of the nut.  Made in the USA.
