The EZ Torch (also known as the ORCA Torch) is a proven portable jeweler's torch designed for bench soldering, annealing, and general jewelry tasks — without the need for bottled oxygen or a bulky oxygen regulator. This atmospheric torch draws oxygen directly from ambient air and uses precision valves to regulate propane fuel from either a disposable propane cylinder or a standard refillable (BBQ-type) propane tank. Each complete kit ships ready to use and is an excellent choice for studio jewelers, students, and traveling metalsmiths who need a reliable, easy-to-source fuel solution.

Notes

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Remove the torch valve from the tank when not in use.
  • Wrench-tighten all hose connections — do not hand-tighten.
  • Keep propane tanks upright during use, as fuel is liquefied.
  • Inspect hose regularly for wear and replace as needed.
  • Not recommended for use with North American "MAPP-type" substitute gases. Genuine MAPP gas production ended in 2008; available substitutes deliver poor performance with this torch.
