Mounted sandpaper roll assortment with KOVAX® abrasive paper on 3/32" (2.35 mm) shanks for controlled sanding and pre-polishing in a handpiece. Each peel-back roll reveals fresh abrasive as you work, keeping the cut crisp and consistent.

Compatibility

For use in rotary handpieces and micromotors that accept 3/32" (2.35 mm) shank accessories. Observe the 5,000 RPM maximum rating and adjust speed for the material and grit in use.

Notes

As the abrasive wears, peel the paper back and tear it off to expose a fresh section of the roll, maintaining consistent cutting action without changing tools. Optimum operating speeds are typically between 25% and 50% of the maximum rated speed and will vary with grit size, pressure and the hardness of the workpiece.

Use coarser grits (240–400) for shaping and initial smoothing, mid-grit (600) for refining surfaces and higher grits (1000–2000) for fine finishing before polishing.
