Compatibility
Designed for use in flex shafts, rotary handpieces and micromotors that accept 3/32" (2.35 mm) shank accessories. Suitable for cleaning and polishing on hard and soft metals, metal plate, precious metals, plastics, wood, acrylic and painted surfaces when used with appropriate polishing compounds.
Notes
Use stiffer Chungking bristle brushes for heavier cleaning and surface preparation, medium horse hair for general work and softer goat hair brushes where a lighter touch is required. Felt and cotton buffs are best paired with suitable compounds for bringing up a shine after surfaces have been properly prepared.
Do not exceed the 25,000 RPM maximum speed. For better control and longer tool life, many brushing and buffing operations are performed below maximum speed, especially on thin edges and delicate parts. This assortment is also available as a bulk pack under Part # AK51377.
