This is Foredom part number HPL4-3234 collet adaptor that you use with your 3/32" collets so you can use 1/16" diameter tools without having to change collets. Not to be confused with a collet as this collet adaptor can be used in any type handpiece with a 3/32" collet to convert it to 1/16" use.
