Performance & Operation

  • Impact Control: Adjust force by rotating the knurled impact ring; test on similar metal for desired results.
  • Forward-only operation: Always operate in forward mode to prevent damage to the handpiece.
  • Brush maintenance: Replace carbon brushes when worn below 2 mm (~200 hours typical use).
  • No lubrication required: Permanently lubricated bearings; do not oil.

Safety & Care

  • Always wear eye protection and avoid loose clothing or jewelry during use.
  • Operate in a clean, dry environment; never immerse the handpiece in liquid.
  • Do not run in reverse; doing so can permanently damage the handpiece.
  • Use overload protection: if the red overload light activates, switch off, correct the condition, and restart after a brief pause.
