The Foredom K.2252 Chisel Carving Kit brings together everything needed for power-assisted chisel carving in a single, ready-to-use package. Built around the Series LX flex shaft motor, this kit is engineered specifically for applications demanding extra torque at low speed — including chisel carving, stone setting, and detailed work in wood, plastic, plaster, and soft carving stone. The 115V kit includes the motor, a compatible speed control, the H.50 Chisel Handpiece, and 17 chisels across three sets.

• M.LX Series LX Motor: Permanent magnet, high-torque/low-speed motor with a maximum of 5,000 RPM — optimized for chisel carving and stone setting
• C.EMX Tabletop Dial Speed Control: Plastic housing; converts AC current to the DC current required by the LX motor; provides the constant speed necessary for proper chisel handpiece operation
• H.50 Chisel Handpiece: Reciprocating hammer-type handpiece designed for power-assisted carving; requires light pressure to engage hammering chisel action; attaches to any Foredom or standard (USA) key tip flex shaft
• Textured plastic barrel and tapered aluminum tip on the H.50; shaped similarly to the H.44T with its own rugged construction
