The Foredom K.2200-2 flex shaft system is the 230V configuration of the classic SR hang-up setup: a 1/6 HP reversible M.SR-2 motor, C.FCH-2 variable-speed foot control, and your choice of professional handpiece. Smooth, foot-controlled torque lets jewelers, metalsmiths, and repair shops feel each cut, grind, and polish with confidence.
Power and Plug: Adapter Required
This kit runs on 230V only. The C.FCH-2 control's cord ends in a NEMA 5-15 style plug, the familiar North American shape, so connecting it takes a plug adapter matched to your outlet: a NEMA 230V outlet adapter on North American 230V circuits, or the adapter specific to your country's outlets elsewhere. Never plug this kit into a standard 110/120V outlet. The plug will fit, but the voltage is wrong for the motor and control. If you prefer a control with your country's plug built in, this same system is also sold in an Australian/New Zealand plug version and a European CE plug version.
