Glardon-Vallorbe LF0502-M ceramic fiber files in a pillar (thin flat stick) shape provide precise finishing and polishing access in hard-to-reach areas. Measuring just 0.5mm thick × 2.0mm wide × 100mm (4 inches) long, these slender ceramic sticks excel at working into tight corners, narrow channels, and recessed detail work that conventional metal files cannot reach.

Use them full-length by hand, or break them to custom lengths for use as micro tools with the Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing/filing handpiece (compatible with flex shaft systems) or the Badeco 4LC100 (for use with a Badeco micromotor system). The ceramic material can also be shaped and dressed using diamond dressing stones or wheels, allowing you to customize the profile for specialized tasks.

Available in six grits ranging from Extra Coarse (300) through Fine (1200), these files support a complete progression from aggressive stock removal to refined surface polishing. Grit descriptions (Extra Coarse through Fine) are subjective and are used to help differentiate between the products.
