GRS 004-839 BenchMate Encore QC Basic Package

The GRS BenchMate Encore QC Basic Package (104.839) is an excellent entry point into the jewelry industry's number one workholding solution. Launched in 2015 as the next generation of the original GRS BenchMate, the Encore QC features an updated Quick Change design that allows faster fixture swaps without additional tools—simply drop and lock the QC fixture into the mandrel. Work is held steadily yet remains easily repositionable to accommodate a wide range of techniques and jobs.

The relieved 6" arm includes a cutout for superior access angles and improved tool clearance. Adjust the arm to a lower or higher vertical position for maximum comfort and control. The handrest attaches quickly to either side, making this system equally suited for right- and left-handed jewelers. Add optional accessories as your workflow grows—a wide variety of compatible tools are available separately.

If you work under a microscope, consider the GRS QCX BenchMate (see part numbers 104.831 & 104.832). The "X" feature keeps work in focus as you rotate the tool. Also available: GRS QC Stone Setters Package (104.840).
