Ikohe Inside Ring Engraving Machine

The Ikohe inside ring engraver uses a circular dial with block lettering as the type for diamond drag inside ring engraving. The Ikohe machine is a high quality precision engraver based on a popular design used by many makers going back to the middle of last century. The Ikohe inside ring engraving machine includes one 2-sided single line block dial. On one side of the dial is large upper case, on the other side of the dial is small upper case. 

This is a fix ratio engraving machine so the height of the engraving depends on the height of the characters on the dial being used.  Most dials, including the dial that comes with this machine, will produce diamond scratch engraving of either 1mm or 2mm in height on the inside of the ring, depending on which side of the dial is used.

While engraving height cannot be adjusted you can adjust the distance between the letters using the ratcheting advance mechanism.
