We have taken a Vanniman Jet Port with Comfort Zone polishing station that connects to a suction unit and modified it so it will work with a GRS type dove tail mounting plate.  This allows you to quickly change out between your BenchMate or other dove tail mounted tools to this modified Jet Port for polishing applications.

The Jet Port has padded hand rests for comfort and a clear plastic 4-1/2 wide by 5" tall shield to give you added protection from flying objects.  The plastic shield flares back at the bottom to give your hands better access to the working area.  A mesh screen with 3 mm sections helps trap larger stones.  You may want to add a finer mesh screen near the hose connector as a trap for larger stones. 



The Jet Port with Comfort Zone is 10-1/2" wide by 5" deep and stands 11-1/2" from the top of the shield to the bottom of the 90 degree plastic elbow that connects to a hose from your suction unit.  Use 2" diameter flex hose to connect to your suction unit.  The Jet Port with Comfort Zone uses standard white PVC connectors.  That means you can find a variety of step up or step down connectors at any good hardware store to fit larger or smaller diameter hoses.

The The Jet Port with Comfort Zone also includes hardware for permanently mounting to bench top.
